DR. ANDREW CAMPBELL
has previously contributed articles to this journal examining Soviet
intelligence, intelligence methodologies and clandestine political
action in regard to Australia-United States relations, and has a
special interest in history, development and trends in Russian
intelligence services.
DR. I.C.F. SPRY Q.C.
is a Queen’s Counsel, the Editor of National Observer and a former
member of the Law Faculties of the University of Melbourne and
Monash University.
C.J. WARD
is a former senior intelligence officer.
MAX TEICHMANN
is a former member of the Faculty of Politics and Economics at
Monash University, and has for many years been a commentator on
Australian social and political affairs and foreign policy.
JOHN STONE
is a former Secretary of the Australian Treasury and Senator, and is
the Honorary Secretary of the Samuel Griffith Society.
DR. SHARIF M. SHUJA
has published articles on international relations in such journals as
the Harvard Asia Pacific Review, the Journal of World Affairs and
