I.C.F. SPRY, Q.C.is a Queen's Counsel, the Editor of National Observer and a former member of the Law Faculties of the University of Melbourne and Monash University. DR. SHARIF SHUJAhas published articles on international relations in such journals as the Harvard Asia Pacific Review, The Journal of World Affairs and The Review of Policy Issues. MR. MAX TEICHMANNis a former member of the Faculty of Politics and Economics at Monash University, and has for many years been a commentator on Australian social and political affairs and foreign policy. MR. JAMES BOGLEis a barrister of the Middle Temple who specialises in divorce and family law. MR.
