is a Queen's Counsel, the Editor of National Observer and a former member of the Law Faculties of the University of Melbourne and Monash University.

DR. SHARIF SHUJA

has published articles on international relations in such journals as the Harvard Asia Pacific Review, The Journal of World Affairs and The Review of Policy Issues.

MR. MAX TEICHMANN

is a former member of the Faculty of Politics and Economics at Monash University, and has for many years been a commentator on Australian social and political affairs and foreign policy.
