is the Chairman of the Australian Broadcasting Authority and the National President of the World Jurists Association and has written extensively on matters of Australian and International Law.

SIR ARVI PARBO A.C.

is one of Australia's most eminent business leaders, having been Chairman of Directors of Alcoa Aust. Ltd., W.M.C. Ltd., and Broken Hill Proprietary Co. Ltd. amongst many other positions of responsibility in the community.

DR. I.C.F. SPRY Q.C.

is a Queen's Counsel and a former member of the Melbourne University and Monash University Law Faculties.

DR. SHARIF M. SHUJA

is an academic member of the University of Southern Queensland who has a special interest in international relations.

MR. CHARLES FRANCIS Q.C.

is a Queen's Counsel practising at the Victorian Bar who has been a member of the Victorian Parliament and Chairman of the Victorian Bar Council and is President of the Victorian Bar Human Rights Committee.
